Excellent Prompt Service
| Dryer was not working…called on Monday–arranged for tech to come at a time convenient for me on Thursday. He arrived when promised, quickly found the problem, had the needed replacement parts, and made the repair. The price was very reasonable, less than than we expected. the only negative part is now I have no excuse for not doing the the laundry!!! Will deffinitely reccomend! |

Accurate Assessment and Solution
| The owner/operator of Appliance Repair Specialists was at my house, on time, the next day. Roger had recognized the problem with the refrigerator door hinge in advance. With the parts already in the van, he was able to make an accurate assessment of the problem and provide an honest estimate. He demostrated the foresight of a 25 year veteran by placing an extra carpet over the wood floors to pervent scratches. The job was done correctly and in timely manner. The bill was straight-forward and reasonable (comapred to quotes from some of the regional corporate enterprises). I will recommend Appliance Repair Specialists to my neighbors. AR |
